These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AlHudaCars.com (the "Platform"), operated by AlHudaCars ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, posting an ad, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
2. Posting Ads
By posting a car listing on AlHudaCars, you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal right to sell the vehicle described, or are authorized to advertise it on the seller's behalf.
- All information in your listing — including price, specifications, condition, mileage, and photos — is accurate and not misleading.
- The photos you upload are your own or you have the right to use them, and do not infringe on anyone else's rights.
- The vehicle is not stolen, subject to undisclosed liens, or otherwise being advertised unlawfully.
We reserve the right to remove any listing, at our discretion, that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, or is fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise inappropriate.
3. Free Listings, No Guarantee of Sale
Posting an ad on AlHudaCars is currently free of charge. We do not guarantee that any listing will result in a sale, receive any particular level of views, or be shown in any specific position in search results.
4. Buyer & Seller Conduct
AlHudaCars is a listings platform only — we are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, and we do not inspect, verify, or guarantee any vehicle, seller, or buyer. You are solely responsible for verifying the condition, ownership, and legal status of any vehicle before completing a purchase, and for conducting transactions safely and lawfully. We strongly recommend meeting in safe, public locations, verifying vehicle documents (Mulkiya, service history, etc.), and using secure payment methods.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Post false, fraudulent, duplicated, or misleading listings.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including advertising stolen vehicles.
- Scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Platform.
- Attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the Platform.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
6. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove any content, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property
The AlHudaCars name, logo, design, and platform software are our property or that of our licensors. Content you post (listings, photos, descriptions) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlHudaCars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any transaction between buyers and sellers conducted off-platform.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
