- Listing details: car specifications, pricing, description, and photos you upload.

Information collected automatically:
- Basic usage data such as pages viewed and listings viewed (used to power view counts on your ads).
- Standard technical data your browser sends to any website (e.g. IP address, browser type) via normal web server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account, and keep you signed in via a secure session token.
- To publish and display the ads you post, including your name and phone number, so buyers can contact you.
- To operate core features: search, filtering, your dashboard, and photo galleries.
- To communicate with you about your account or in response to support requests.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Platform, and prevent fraud or misuse.
3. What's Publicly Visible
When you post an ad, the following becomes publicly visible to anyone browsing the Platform: your full name, phone number, the car details and photos you provide, and the general location you select. Do not include any information in a listing that you don't want to be public.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Other users, as described above (your listing contact details, to enable buyer/seller communication).
- Service providers who help us operate the Platform (e.g. hosting providers), under obligations to protect your data.
- Authorities, where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of AlHudaCars, our users, or the public.
5. Data Storage & Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt) and are never stored or transmitted in plain text. Account sessions use secure bearer tokens rather than long-lived cookies. Uploaded photos are validated for file type and size before storage. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Choices & Rights
- Access & update: you can view and edit your profile details at any time from your Dashboard.
- Delete listings: you can delete any ad you've posted, which also removes its photos from our servers.
- Account deletion: to request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@alhudacars.com.
7. Cookies & Local Storage
We use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in between visits (storing your session token and basic profile info locally on your device). We do not use third-party advertising cookies or trackers.
8. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
